Missed Opportunities

You know the story.  Girl falls in love with guy when he is unavailable.  Then guy falls in love with girl, but by then she is already taken.  Guy and girl lament the tricks Time plays on them.

Iris told me a story of missed opportunities several weeks ago.  I told her the story of “the Age of Innocence.”  We sighed.

Another story is in the making.

And I am in it.
